Pathetic Telstra Took over a month to straighten out the login after Indian Sign Up, Messed up my email address left out a letter so Consultants drove me crazy, transitioned over from Foxtel but charged by Foxtel and Greedy Telstra for a fortnight extra, chat said $145 for bundle but charged $163 plus late payment by their error of getting email address wrong, Had no contract with Foxtel but signed for the discount which they’re now dishonouring, DIRTY ROTTEN GREEDY SCOUNDRELS

I’ve just about given up in this app. Never been able to connect at all on iPhone. “Something went wrong try later” but later it says the same! Can pick up WiFi signal but the app can not connect. Is this still being updated or maintained? Others have had same issue for a year.

I don’t understand why I can only connect occasionally, even when in range. I’ve not moved my device all day and now I can’t connect but I could earlier. Just keeps trying and failing. On my iPhone 8 & iPad Air. Laptop connection is almost as bad but can be solved by constantly forgetting the network.
