  • This app is fine - but needs Homekit integration

    By gb359
Downloaded app recently and installation including machine and connecting to WiFi was fine, but not as streamlined as it could/should be. Firmware upgrade took a while. Definitely could benefit from Homekit integration to provide key information back in Home app as well as provide for triggered automation rather than relying on schedules that can be created in the app. Trying to access key info on display is passable, much better to use app for that, but in Homekit would be better. Haven’t tested remote use, but on basis it is connected to WiFi expect this to work. I do not believe Alexa skill is available in Australia, but not interested in that - Homekit is what we need.
  • Very poor

    By Timlj2553243
This app initially wouldn’t allow me to connect as a new owner. This is poor performance in the extreme. The very high percentage of 1 star reviews indicates wide spread problems in this app. With perseverance, I managed to register and then connect the unit. For this, I increase the rating to a poor 2/5 stars. The PM ratings of good etc are next to useless. They reference my state government’s guidelines and classifications for PM levels. The NSW governments ratings are too generous and should not be referenced in a Dyson product. They cannot be supported as safe levels by medical literature. Instead the rating should be to World Health Organisation standards, which has some level of medical research to support it.
  • Retry issues improving

    By Rexd666
Can I get the previous functioning app back please? Adding Link to the product name seems to have missed the point as the Link part is missing, every time I open the app I have to retry connection. New data recording is nice. If it gets fixed happy to review working version. Update: Retry issue is not as bad as day 1, but still there. Most often if you are in the remote control screen and leave the app. When you come back you have to click retry, why not automatically retry for user over a period of 5 secs and then display connection error.
