  • Include sum of pending transactions on Dashboard

How about including the sum of ‘Pending Transactions’ on the Dashboard along with ‘Available Funds’ and ‘Account Balance’ so the user can see a complete view of their credit allocation at first glance. Currently, where the sum of these two amounts does not equal the total credit limit, the user then has to go to the ‘Transactions’ screen to see if there are any ‘Pending Transactions’ and add the sum of these amounts to the amounts on the ‘Dashboard’ to see if they can account for their total credit limit or if some sort of accounting error has occurred. Adding this amount to the ‘Dashboard’ display would make it more useful and more user friendly. Also, I cannot find anywhere within the app that enables the user to provide feedback from within the app. Why is this function not available there?

No longer able to easily identify the statement balance or next due date. Previously this information appeared on the summary page but now only the account balance is visible. Statement section no longer functioning properly as it shows no statements for this year and shows only 2 statements for the entire past calendar year with one of them flagged as most recent yet it is 12 months old. Appalling quality control on their update process. Most disappointing!

What happened to the “balance last statement” summary? How about having a “amount due by payment date”? (The amount of my last statement date, less payments I’ve made). How about not leaving it up to pure luck whether customers avoid interest or not?! When I scroll through my transactions, you get to a point where you have to “load” more transactions (which I get, it’s standard). What is NOT standard, however, is not being able to see the first lot of transactions when you load the second! I want to be able to scroll through to, for example, a transaction on 29th April, and then scroll back to May transactions to check for a refund or duplication, without having to reload transactions each and every time I want to look at the other.
