This version makes it a very difficult task to go through transactions. The transaction detail option allows viewing transactions for 1 card at a time. However, the listing may show transactions for other cards on some days, but not everyday. So one has to switch between cards to lookup transactions made. To make things worst, the transactions dates are not listed in orders. Transactions are grouped under a date, by which the dates are randomly ordered. You need to scroll up and down to find the date for a particular transaction. Then some dates you have transactions for 2 cards, some dates you have those for only 1 card. I cannot tell how much money I spend on a week or on a particular holiday, or even on a day easily. In addition, some transactions are moved backwards, but some are even moved forward a day. I’ll consider this random order of transaction date an unacceptable bug. The previous versions, which only listed all transactions for all cards, ordered by reverse order of the days, were much more clearer and better. It would be good if there is an option to view all cards at once.
  • App design and release was a disaster in my eyes

Nothing with the new app is user friendly. All I want is the ability to see my account at a glance, look at transactions which are up to date, daily and by which card. I would also like a one-stop place to order statements to be emailed to the account on file. What I don’t want is a place that MAKES me have to put in a “eCommunication” password each and EVERY time I open “said” statement. When I attempted to log into the app on “release date” March 4th, I could not log in. I called the customer service line based in The Phillipines they could not help me. Over a week later after going online via my computer I had to enter my “One Time Pin” six times and got kicked out each and every time. Frustrating to say the least. If I could give you a negative rating I would. As this does not allow anything less than one star to be able to rate this “app” then that is what it gets.
