  • Very intuitive!

I absolutely love using this ap. Don’t feel the need to keep buying art books and it’s an awesome bridge to sketch and flesh out concepts to then send to the computer to edit designs if they really need it. A couple of things I feel would make this just a bit more user friendly would be if there was a lasso tool and if there was a way to combine projects together to help with organising the projects screen. Other than that, I love the app and a must get for any beginner to advanced designers/artists.

If you're into sketching and drawing, this is the app for you. It runs perfectly on my iPad pro and Gen 2 Apple pencil. It's probably better than using real pencils and paper in my opinion. It's a lot more compact, lol. I can take quick sketches, at the drop of the hat, without sharpeners, arrays of pens and pencils etc. Not to mention the money I save on paper and consumables. I like it that I can use it to work on complex projects, see where the issues are as I draw, then confidently redo that project on real paper or whatever medium I choose, knowing exactly what I'm up against. I'm not sure about the acrylic brushes and paint, again, I guess it is good for seeing if certain ideas and colour combinations will work before you break out the brushes and paint, but painting isn't my cup of tea, so I really can't accurately comment about that. In summary, it is a great app, and you won't be disappointed
  • One of the best free drawing apps! But needs a fill tool

Adobe Photoshop Sketch offers a wide variety of tools to use in drawing, which all feel very natural and make digital drawing extremely comforting and efficient. Alongside Draw, I have been using only THIS app in drawing digitally for over a year! That should tell you how great it is. However, I have one MAJOR gripe with this app. It is almost perfect for me, you can change settings of different brushes, you can add layers, you can use shapes; I could go on and on. But the ONE thing that this app needs: a fill option. I really wish Adobe would implement a fill feature which would save a lot of hassle in coloring. Adobe Draw has this feature, and is very good app too, but it just doesn’t feel as natural as Sketch. TL;DR: Greatest free drawing app on iOS in my opinion, feels natural, but NEEDS a fill feature. Please fix this Adobe!
