    Really good workout even for couch potatoes like myself. I have modified some exercises - e.g. Push ups are against the wall - but it's still a great workout. Just having it on the phone means these exercises can be done at lunchtime, after work, anytime. I recommend this app for busy people and anyone who's interested in living longer pain free and healthy. And thanks for fixing all the bugs.

    Just downloaded the app. First time doing the 7 min workout. Brilliant. Watch the instructional videos on each exercise first to make sure you have the right technique. 7 mins of strain a day. No excuses. Can feel the blood flowing all around my body, not even yoga gave me this feeling. Just brilliant. Thank you for making such a clean app.

    Using this app I have gained muscle in my upper arms, thighs and calves. I can also now touch my toes (😂), do a push up, beat my friends in plank competitions and are a lot more flexible.
