How to Download, install and use TPG on your Windows Computer

At the moment, TPG is not available for download on computer. However, you can use emulators to run Android applications on PC. One example is the BlueStacks App Player. It is a powerful tool that provides users a virtual device similar to an actual phone. This also enables users to install games and other popular and in-demand applications.
Thus, you will be able to access the Play Store without any restrictions. The downside of this is it slows down the performance of your computer even though the app is not running in the background.
Not only that, some complains about its sluggish operation. Let us proceed with the steps, so we can use TPG on your computer in 4 simple steps below:

1: Download and install the BlueStacks App Player on your computer - Here >> .
If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

2.Once it has been installed, open the program and sign in using your Gmail account or create a new one.

3: Search for TPG on the Play Store and install it.
Now you will see the "All Apps" button.

    This app is complete garbage for checking mobile data usage, it has the UI of iOS 6, it is very laggy on my iPhone 8 Plus, it crashes all the time, and most of the time it doesn’t even update data usage correctly. This app needs to go through major changes if it wants to be a good usable and functional app, as this is just shameful. List of things that need to be changed (in my opinion): The UI must be completely overhauled to match the iOS 11 look, look at the Telstra 24x7 app for ideas. The lag issue must be fixed, it should be very responsive and fast considering that I’m running the latest iPhone with the latest iOS. The mobile data usage should be updating instantly as expected, not having it update 4 hours later even if you press the force refresh button. An app like this that is created for checking data usage and your bill should be very reliable, and should not be crashing all the time. In conclusion, I am honestly shocked that TPG could go this low with this embarrassment of an app, I know they are a no frills company but this is just sad. Fix your app before you begin losing customers.

    So after not even a minute after downloading this app, I couldn't even log in to my account without it crashing and becoming completely unresponsive after putting only half of my mobile phone #. This has happened seven times in a row now over the past few minutes, and it baffles me that with so many complaints about the lack of efficiency of this app, it's not been updated to address any of the issues in over two years. Two years. It appears they just want people to download the app, but not actually use it? Whomever designed and maintained it has obviously been fired due to the lack of updates, or deserves to be fired for literally wasting years and years on an utterly useless app.

    I was told by TPG call centre to contact the app developer to tell them it wasn’t working properly on my iPhone. It works as expected on my wife’s iPhone. Apparently this is an app provided by a third party so therefore it’s not TPGs responsibility to fix issues? I thought I misunderstood the person on the phone but asked for clarification and that’s when I was told to call the app developer!! The actual TPG mobile service itself is satisfactory provided you don’t need to speak to someone in the call centre EVER and the 6 month half price plan is good value but will be looking elsewhere when the period runs out.
