At the moment, Freeletics: Workout & Fitness is not available for download on computer. However, you can use emulators to run Android applications on PC. One example is the BlueStacks App Player.     Freeletics Bodyweight is awesome 💪 It directs you on what move is next, how to perform that move and encourages you to push hard by timing you against your last PB, cheering you on and letting you know how long it took other community members to finish that workout in. It adapts to your fitness level as you give it feedback. The only thing I am not quiet happy with is; I am at level 10 now so maybe it is early in our new relationship but I am finding some workouts blow me out to drenched in sweat 💦 and other workouts I finish and have hardly cracked a sweat 💦

    Sometimes it’s hard, but it’s alright. I definitely like that you can choose for your next week what you want to train: cardio, cardio& strength or just strength. You can chose your equipment what you can use and if one of your muscle is really bad you can choose this muscle in the menu and they try to give you exercises without this muscle. Thank you to the team! I am really excited how the next weeks will go :)

    I love this app, it keeps me motivated, every morning I wake up I look forward to beating my friends times. The coach feature is fantastic it really pushes me and listens to my feedback and adjusts the workouts effectively. Highly recommended for digital nomads like myself who don’t always have access to gyms but can use the world around them as a gym. If only I had enough room in my luggage for a portable chin up bar I’d be sorted!
