  • Deleted app straight away. Complete waste

    By Pappy iGeek
What a waste of time this app is! It is nothing more than advertising and I was subjected to signing up my email to be put on a spam list just to look at it. Is that the only reason for the app? To sell your database? The previous app I used to browse and favourite clothes to buy for my 11 year old son. Clearly I can’t find anything resembling tweenager clothing when I open this. Absolute rubbish!!! I deleted app immediately. Now I’ll have my email bombarded with ‘partner’ spam for the pleasure no doubt 😤
  • Cant shop online or through app

    By Travstar
Even though they clearly show in the images an online shopping experience via the app, this is not possible, even worse, products shown in the app are not available in all stores and stock varies and is inconsistently shown. Well designed app, but relatively useless as you cannot see which store has what and just leads you into another store or online shop.
  • Could have been so great

    By Tatania21
Nice to be able to look & window shop, but so enormously disappointing that there’s no online shopping feature. H&M have missed out big time. Shoppers who can’t access a store easily (ie the majority, and more so for homewares) simply will go somewhere else. Plus the app’s wish list can’t handle the pressure and isn’t linked well to current stock. And it needs a function to be able to delete products from the main list without having to click and go into each product individually. It’s a maybe. I think H&M can do much better on functionality and add in online shopping.
