  • Super handy!

This app is what I've been looking for! I can choose the print in store option and do the order at home when my toddler is asleep and put it in my shopping cart, then head in store and connect to their transpix wifi to submit my order. No having to sit at the kiosks with a bored toddler! My 153 photos were ready within 20 minutes and the Photo Centre operator was kind enough to answer the questions I had. Now I can finally be caught up with my printed photos.

I put together a photo book of old family photos, some of quite poor quality and the book looks wonderful. The website was really easy to use, delivery to Harvey Norman for pick up was very fast and I can’t be happier. To be honest I wasn’t expecting such a great result. And to be able to design the book from my iPad, at home made it really convenient.
  • Poorly performing app, limited options

The email advertisement says all of their products are available on the mobile app. This is categorically untrue. There is ZERO way to search for what you want, and when you tap through every category you’ll find there’s nothing you’re looking for anyway. Wanting to make a calendar? Don’t bother. Wanting to order one of the advertised gifts for family? Don’t bother. Secondary to this is the endless loading that stalls the app. You’ll have to force close the app, then reopen it to start again. Don’t bother with any of it.
