  • A joke of an app....

    By Johndoejo
Just downloaded you latest and greatest version of the app to my Ipad and now the videos won't play. Cant believe you stuffed around and changed the app in the first place. What so now because my Ipad IOS is 10.3.3 and cant update to IOS 11 the videos won't play???...Yep well done Virgin just make everyone go buy a new Ipad. This app has been flawed with every new version since you went away from the old easy to operate version that didn't require safari to operate.
  • User interface design hell

    By Maattbro
The native app used to be terrific. The new mobile website is just abysmal. Laggy as hell, relies on horizontal scrolling to navigate anything, but this constantly gets mistaken for swiping in a media player or main menu. Using the same gesture for multiple actions is an awful idea! The categorisation of media is also hopeless - movies and TV series are combined into the one category which is annoying if you're on a short flight.
  • Terrible app

Needs to go back to how it was and everything running through the app rather than having to flick between the app and browser to watch something. Whoever thought this was a good idea is kidding themselves. After waiting so long for them to finally get the Virgin Australia app right, they then proceed to wreck the inflight entertainment app. Please change it ASAP. It’s painful
