    This app takes a less serious approach to health and fitness than most of the other options available. It helps you keep track of food, exercise and water consumption and keeps you motivated in a fun and lift hearted way. You can track your progress with photos and measurement stats. The premium option is extremely good value and in my opinion is more comprehensive than the more well known options available in the app store.

    I love this app, t is totally keeping me focused and motivated. I am helped to be aware of everything I'm putting into my body and how I'm moving (or not moving!) it. My only sadness, is every time I change my avatars hair and general appearance it changes back to the default next time I log in. This happens on both my phone and iPad. Also in Australia all food is measured in kilojoules not calories so I have to calculate that each time I record a food.

    This app helps with food cravings, motivation, exercise laziness etc. A very useful app, convinient layout, useful tips, visual stimulization help you realize that the old you has been deceptive and lying to you all along, helps inspire healthy life, encourage healthy habits. If you do everything right you slim down, get points, get rewards in the form of virtual clothes instead of food. You can also log weight, food, exercise and it also tells you if you’ve lost/gained weight, how much, time taken to lose weight and how well you’re going with weight loss. Also reminds you to eat at an interval you set. It’s a great app! I would recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight.
