  • Annoyed with app update

    By Jemima & Oscar
Since the last update, I haven’t been able to place an order online, every time I try to place an item in the basket, I continuously get a pop up message saying that there is a comms error & I have to connect to the internet to place my order..... strange, as I have wifi at home & mobile data on my phone. This has been going on few a few weeks now & although I contacted the company to advise them of the issues I’m having with the app, rather than resolving the issue with the app, they asked me to call the company to place my order. That’s really, really poor tech support.
  • APP woeful since upgrades.

    By sc42355
I agree with the other recent reviews. The recent app upgrade has destroyed this app and (despite the notation on the app that “we are aware of all of the problems and are fixing them asap”) still has not been fixed almost 2 months later. I was a long time loyal customer and frequent purchaser. To be honest I have given up browsing and am about to delete the app and forget about returning to The Outnet altogether - the complete absence of fit and sizing information makes it impossible to use the site now. The tech debacle is disgraceful and has been compounded by the complete lack of communication by The Outnet with customers as to when (if ever) this will be corrected.
  • It’s been half an year and still no improvement

    By TKAZ_BJ
This app now is a total failure. It used to be very easy to use, but now it does not have detailed measurements or description, hard to filter through sizes because it doesn’t tell you actual sizes by the brand but only size in your country based on harsh conversion (which, without measurement, doesn’t work), Wishlist function often not working, sizes shown available actually all sold-out, etc, etc. Why can’t you just reverse back what it was like last year? I haven’t bought anything from OUTNET since the catastrophic “upgrade”, and I am very sad to see that after so long (half an year?) nothing is solved.
