    For years, this has been among my most beloved apps. I have, according to its stats page, logged over 800 sessions since 2011. I’ve purchased dozens of guided meditations and have found them all worthwhile. However, since updating to the new iOS, this app has become unresponsive and glitchy. If a notification or sms comes in during a purchased meditation, the app crashes. If the screen times out and closes during a meditation, it crashes. I contacted support and they suggested I reinstall the app. I did this, to no effect. I also tried downloading the sessions to listen offline. Again, no improvement. Worse still, the number of problems seem to have grown with the last update to the app. Again, I’d like to stress that this review is of the current version of the app and not past versions. I really do hope that these issues are addressed.

    I’ve been using the app for a few years and it has helped create a balanced start to the day. It’s easy to use, great for beginners or advanced and you can come back to balance no matter where you are in the world. Highly recommend!

    I’ve been using the mindfulness app to create some calmness in my day - it’s been great to do a quick 5 mins on my tram ride, or 15-30mins when I have a bit more time. Love that you can add background noise and the stream is my favourite!
