  • Works beautifully with GTD

TL;DR: Why are you reading reviews?!? Go ahead and download this gem of an app. You won’t regret it. Great job to the developers! I can only begin to imagine how much work they have put into this app. I greatly appreciate it. I have begun to use GTD as a New Year’s Resolution (which I actually kept for once). Wunderlist has worked beautifully with my rather basic system. There are some things which can be improved, but as a whole, this works perfectly. I made a folder titled ‘Projects’ and made each project a separate list. All single action tasks went into my Inbox. I starred my next actions and tagged them with restrictions, like #phone, so that when I had my phone, I could complete them. I also added a stream to my calendar as well to see day specific actions. To improve, it would be great to have daily tasks which repeat themselves, or weekly tasks or something. For example, I would like to have a task repeat for three days (which should be customisable). I also want to be able to have fortnightly tasks. It would be great if I could customise the wallpaper with my own photos and hex codes. Thank you again for an awesome app!

This is the most practical App for 'to-do's' within an environment that hides the technology from the user and makes it available only when needed so as to never confuse the coal-face action of getting on with the job. Needles to say it's sharing capacity with calendars, emails, drag and drop bring this App to the leading edge of those who can not afford any more technological downtime issues. It has never failed me and is a 'must-have' tool for effective time management and due-diligence processes in the workplace or just simply for your own well-being!
  • Love using this app; except for..

This app would seriously be a solid 5⭐️ if you could -in addition to google/FB- connect to Apple Reminders and Microsoft tasks(Outlook). WHY can’t there just be ONE gosh-darned app to integrate ALL of the possible accounts that can be used on phone or pc!.. say for example if I’m undecided about which one I like to use, or if I switch accounts all the time when adding new entries and keep missing memos/tasks because they are on a different app! 🌩 I feel Im not the only person who has asked for this feature to be assessed but it def needs to happen! Other than that there’s not much to fault the app it’s great I love using it. Thanks
