  • New app looks cleaner but is less functional

    By Philipb4
The newest version of this app looks cleaner and (finally) FaceID works, but why have you removed standard functionality? Where are our historical payees, and why can’t we view statements online. Nowhere in the app can I find the minimum monthly payment due. Still so far behind the Aussie banks (of course Citibank hardly even has staff in the country - the vast majority of it’s operations are in Philippines, where their team just don’t understand the new economy. In Philippines you still need to sign (twice!) for a credit card payment, and tap-and-go is nonexistent. And ApplePay isn’t even heard of. So it’s to be expected that their outlook for a mobile banking app is years behind their competitors. Recommend ING (no fees or foreign currency transaction charges!) and CommBank over Citibank any day!
  • Has this even been tested?!

    By phuong8alot
Because if it has then there’s no way it’s ready for release. Can’t login bc Face ID doesn’t work anymore so I input password. Then it takes you to enhance security and only option is to hit enable at which time it tells you to enter OTP. There’s no back function so you can’t go back to main screen to generate OTP. So I have to restart app and get my OTP. Only thing is the OTP is a 6 digit number but the app only calls for a 4 digit figure. This is such a massive fail. I just want to check my account details and pay my bills. This is enough to make me want to leave Citibank for good. Each release gets worse.
  • New update is for you not your customers

    By SP12345678
This update is littered with advertisements for you products. “Smart wallet,” “quick cash,” I don’t care about these products, I just want to be able to use my current products. I can't paste in my password. Do you still think this helps your security? So now when my biometric login fails I have to use another device to display my password and manually type it in. You need to outsource this app development to another company because you clearly can’t get it right even with the “all new design”
