  • Pre-order process too slow

    By VineyV
I attempted to buy my iPhone X through Apple store and when I was right about to pay, it kept asking me to save credit card details again and again. By this time I had to recheck out and do the whole process again after which my shipping date skipped from Nov3 to Nov 28!!! I will be overseas from Nov17 and won’t even be able to see my phone until I get back on Dec3! Lost all the excitement for the phone now since all my friends have got it in hand yesterday!!! Hope Apple can speed up and have the shipping date a week or two early! Just a hope!
  • Very Dissapointing

I wake up every morning and attempt to buy the iPhone X but like every time I loose this Marathon race. It seems like apple likes seeing people waking up 6am and running a reservation race. I believe the first one to walk in the store should deserve to get the phone, and I don’t know how this app determines who gets the phone first as there are thousand click as the same time. Its just isn’t fair for fans who are interested in this. Never have i ever been disappointed like this

Apple should start thinking of creating a function that helps you track the money you have saved for a certain product.
