  • Disappointed

    By OzyJ
Idisappointed with paid version (Runkeeper go). I needed to slide my training plan by a few days because I was sick. You can only move the next training session. Then it snowballs after that. Target pace didn’t follow the move so kept saying “0” on my run. I can’t see any support to help me with pacing. All it says is run at x pace. You’re x ahead or behind. You can’t even change your ultimate goal pace if you want / need. For the price you pay I expected more. Negative comments like you’re x behind your target pace doesn’t help either. Give me a idea how to pick it up. Pace me with beats to increase cadence or something. Unless things change and features are added I won’t re-new premium. It’s just not worth it.
  • Bugs reported in the past are not getting fixed

    By MrH6
I was hoping that the recent good ratings were a sign of things getting better, I bought a discounted subscription to use the Training option. First, when you create a training, it doesn’t check your previous runs to know your level. Second, the synchronisation between the phone and the server is way too long, never under 6h. Then when you run with the watch only and use the workouts, the synchronisation gets even worse. Once a training plan is created, and workouts are logged there’s no way of reviewing the plan and adapt depending on your performance. No use of the playlists on the watch app, so the stats are not spoken over the music during the activity. Positive point, I’m happy it was a discounted subscription. But I think I’ll have to look somewhere else.
  • Works well with one minor bug

    By Guyfsf
Writing a review just to communicate a bug to developers. Running cadence in iPhone appears to provide the correct average (running with a metronome, so I know what it should be) but the graphs are off, sometimes showing high, sometimes low. Eg: today I ran at cadence of 165 and the app recorded an average cadence of 163 (close enough) but the graph shows my cadence hovering around 156. Other than that it works well. I’ve started recording with this instead of Strava. Mostly for the cadence and customizable audio cues.
