As a seller I constantly review my listings without entering each of the actual listings to review price watchers and views. I do this via entering active listing tab and I used to be able to scroll through 300 items to review quite easily and efficiently. Recent update has destroyed this functionality and now it’s a laborious process to scroll through my active listings as only 20 or so listing load at a time. It’s glitchy on the phone and you end up inadvertently entering listing waiting for the app to catch up whilst you are trying to scroll. It’s really causing an issue and time cost now to review and update my pricing. Also certain listing for Panasonic boom boxes that I sell regularly will not allow me to add the postage I need to add even though weight and dimensions are within Aus post limits. Also when I save a listing without posting to check pricing it takes a considerable amount of time for the listing to appear in drafts. Also takes a considerable amount of time for the listing to appear and be searchable in active listing after posting. Really annoying changes have been made. I hope this is sorted in the next update!!

I added a 2 litre water to my watch list, at the cost of about $20 2-3 years ago. I wasn’t sure I wanted it, and put it to the back of my mind. I got worried with a mental illness, had some anxious thinking, and worried this would affect my relationship with eBay. It did. I went back to have a look a couple of times at the water bottle. I was confused with the price. It was $28, then $32. I couldn’t remember clearly what they had changed originally, but I thought $20. I couldn’t understand why they would do that too me, so thought I must be wrong. I eventually bought it at $35, including gst. It arrived, with a slight dent in the lid like done with a screwdriver, as if to give a f you to me, looking back now. I go back to look at the pricing of the bottle a couple of weeks ago, and find they are $23. Then I go back recently and find just to cover their arses they are $29, or so. I found with looking for a diffuser, some similar problems with their pricing when comparing the same products with a friends search on eBay. My friend was being changed half the price I was for the same products. Is there any people who care for a person as a person on this team. Obviously discrimination and harassment is the way they work.

I have almost become addicted to eBay. Only my wife has saved me with a constant reminder about living within budget. It seems you can buy almost anything, at a cheaper price than elsewhere, from reliable sellers by either buying now, making an offer or bidding. Not only is it a perfect way to shop but it’s FUN! Most of what I buy is postage free. I deliberately look for that. eBay is highly intuitive. You don’t need a manual to navigate around, contact sellers or eBay, make your offer or bid, check your cart, look at your purchasing history and on and on and on it goes. So much content for our benefit it must have a huge engine running it all. I’ve never had a dispute with eBay. They are always accommodating and eager to please and assist. I also like that I can have multiple accounts. Another big thing for me is the fact that, once I provide my credit card details (securely) to eBay, every time I buy, the purchase goes through automatically and immediately. No need to constantly fill out personal and financial details. I often check different places for price comparison if I’m looking to buy something and eBay invariably is cheapest. I have received small gift vouchers a couple of times for no particular reason. Just loyalty I guess? I appreciate that little touch. Well, I’m hooked and I’m not embarrassed to say so. It is a sensational marketplace and the eBay Brand is solid gold. Have fun shoppers. Chili Boy
