Received a $20 voucher and decided to use it. The way the app is set up is terrible. It ended up charging me for my first trip!? Also the driver took me the long way round so as to increase my bill. I went to send them a email and it just said the recipient server will not allow the message to be sent, so you can’t even get through to them. This is the first and the last time I use this company.

My driver never picked me up, but said he did in the app. I tried calling him twice and couldn’t cancel because I was “in the ride”. He then went around the block twice and “dropped me off”. You can’t dispute a payment in the app as you can just rate the ride a thumbs up or down. I sent them four emails and got no response. I’ve called them up four times and they still say that it is “being escalated up”. I have not gotten a refund yet and it’s been 6 weeks. Not to mention that i was supposed to get 50% off for that ride. The customer care phone line is also terrible so you always get cut off mid call. Worst. App. Ever.

I waited for 15 minutes and the driver hadn’t moved bit so eventually I had to cancel the ride after getting absolutely no response from the driver via phone call or message and I got charged $10 for waiting that long?? That was the first time I used Didi. Okay thats alright I sent them an email hoping they’ll refund me so I booked another ride, the driver was 4 mins away and just 1 minute after he started moving, he completed the trip and I, again, got charged while I was standing there and he never showed up. I looked up on google and only saw the email contact. No phone number no office or anything. Here goes my money!
