About Bunnings PowerPass

Developer Description

The Bunnings PowerPass App gives Bunnings trade customers access to their card and enables them to scan products in-store, add to their account, credit card or pay cash and breeze through the checkout counter and avoid any lines. It also keeps all receipts on hand for when needed. The app stores your card so there is no need to keep your physical card on you. When in store, the self-scan function allows you to scan products or shelf labels for more information and will display your PowerPass price. You can then add to your cart and proceed to pay for it without going to the checkout, just show your e receipt on the way out for confirmation. And when you are out and about or on site, you can find your local Bunnings store and search for product information, or scan products that you may have with you and then add them to a list for later. And when you are working on your books and invoices, the App can help you with your paperwork, by storing all of your receipts. This App is for Bunnings trade customers with an active PowerPass card. The Bunnings PowerPass App is not available for retail customers.

  • Update made power pass unusable

Since the update the app just sits in the endless google verification loop. Highly embarrassing the first time that happened at checkout. Called the support number listed. They said to speak to the trade desk who had no idea what to do. Rang back next day. Told to speak to a trade desk supervisor and take an old plastic card in and they would fix it. If I couldn’t find an old card, given a different 1800 number to call. Poor UX design in the app, poor service response from Bunnings. Until this is fixed they should continue to accept storcard and other apps.

The same! Since the update the app just sits in the endless google verification loop. Highly embarrassing the first time that happened at checkout. Called the support number listed. App setup went nice and smooth. Scanned barcode on card, entered my pin (this is the pin I set up in store when I first activated the card). In store self checkout working like a charm. Price check on items Bunnings sells also working without issue. Great App.
