    I love this app. I use it to monitor not just sleep, but also health in general. It provides all sorts of insights into heart health, particularly the effect diet, alcohol and sedentary behaviour can have on sleep and therefore health. Little changes in lifestyle will have pretty big effects. I feel better each morning as a result.
