How to Download, install and use Apple Support on your Windows Computer

At the moment, Apple Support is not available for download on computer. However, you can use emulators to run Android applications on PC. One example is the BlueStacks App Player. It is a powerful tool that provides users a virtual device similar to an actual phone. This also enables users to install games and other popular and in-demand applications.
Thus, you will be able to access the Play Store without any restrictions. The downside of this is it slows down the performance of your computer even though the app is not running in the background.
Not only that, some complains about its sluggish operation. Let us proceed with the steps, so we can use Apple Support on your computer in 4 simple steps below:


1: Download and install the BlueStacks App Player on your computer - Here >> .
If you successfully downloaded the Bluestacks.exe, go to your Downloads folder on your computer or anywhere you ususally store downloaded files.
Once you have find it, click it to install the application. It should start the installation process on your PC.
Click Next to accept the EULA License agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application.
If you do the above correctly, the Software will be successfully installed.

2.Once it has been installed, open the program and sign in using your Gmail account or create a new one.

3: Search for Apple Support on the Play Store and install it.
Now you will see the "All Apps" button.
Clicking it will take you to a page containing all your installed apps. Apple Support

4. Run the app and enjoy your favorite Utilities app on Windows PC.

    In the preview video, it shows that Chat Support is available within this App. No, no it’s not (not for everyone)! My error/issue is not listed anywhere on the App or the Apple/iTunes website! I found a very important error within Apple ID and billing addresses. I’ve contacted Apple so many times now about this issue (and similar billing issues in the past) and contacted Apple on many different platforms about my issue and no help! I am unable to call Apple about my issue either and I cannot continue anything until the internal error I found in Apple ID has been corrected. Again, my issue is not in any one of the help support options or FAQs. I have tried different multiple searches about my issue and no help has surfaced. Apple Support has not been supportive as of late and customer service has gone down hill since 2016. Disappointing.

    Since Apple has lots of users around the world you guys should have at least an Apple Care Store in every country you conquer. Not just a branch in the capital but also in each provinces or cities. Middle East is a big continent. 62% of the locals here plus expats from around the globe uses your product. Unfortunately you only offer your services in western countries. WHY?. You sell and boast your products with us but then you cannot help even the slightest issues we faced! Your products became disposable once it reaches its “2 year” usage. Sooo bad. That’s one reason why your competitors are getting the credit. Listen to your customers/users. They know better than your nuisance of a customer service who only thinks about money.
  • Terrible customer service

    Open weekends but understaffed. Some departments aren’t available, long wait to speak to customer service representative and then advised 30 minutes to speak to a supervisor. If you’re unable to handle the call volume, you should either increase your staff or not open on weekends. I ordered a battery exactly 2 weeks ago. Was advised it would get confirmation 3-4 days after. I called on the 4th day, advised they changed the service standard to 3-5 days and to call 1 day later. I waited until today to call, and got the spiel about the department who could answer the enquiry was not in, and to speak to a supervisor was 30 minutes. Which at that point I gave up.
